Organic. It’s the word you see everywhere. Organic this, craft that, small batch everything. Like the recent craft beer revival movement, there’s been a calling for more natural products and a reduction in the harmful chemicals we put into our bodies. We call for fewer pesticides and mass production, to buy local and to know what goes into whatever we put into our bodies.
